After the automatic ultrasonic welding machine is powered on, please do not produce immediately. Waiting two minutes to test the ultrasound before going into production can reduce the defect rate. Ultrasonic welding joint in the test process can not pass the test and identification, please do not continue to use it! Otherwise it will burn out the amplifier transducer and other valuable components!

Keep compressed gas dry and clean. Check whether the filter on the back of the automatic ultrasonic welding machine is clean. If there are any oil stains, please clean them up. Before replacing the ultrasonic joint, check the joint position for oxides, usually black or white material. If so, sand off with 800# or thinner sandpaper and remember to clean with alcohol before installation. During installation, assembly and fastening shall not be loosened.

Check whether the ultrasonic welding joint can pass the ultrasonic test. If you get a fever during use, no matter how busy you are, stop using it and allow it to cool down naturally before continuing. If you have a fever within half an hour to two hours, replace it. For plastic parts with non-special structure, adjust the "delay time" to the time when the ultrasonic welding joint contacts the plastic part and starts to emit ultrasonic waves. If only the ultrasonic system is triggered by reverse power, it is best to move the switch to the minimum power trigger point.

The power supply range should be within 5% of 220VAC. Please ground the metal part of the automatic ultrasonic welder housing, usually with double grounding, and use a regulated power supply if possible. If abnormal noise is heard when welding plastic parts, please stop working and check whether the transducer of ultrasonic horn amplifier is cracked or in good contact with each other. If there is a crack, it needs to be replaced. If there is any loosening, tighten it relatively. The ultrasonic mold frequency cannot be pressed and maintained for a long time. When adjusting the frequency, do not press the test ultrasonic button while adjusting the frequency knob. This is very harmful to the equipment.

The traditional ultrasonic welding joint usually needs to adjust the frequency before use, as long as the replacement of the mold designed by Longke does not need to adjust the frequency one by one, only the first time to adjust the frequency of the mold. After adjusting the frequency of ultrasonic upper mold, please do not adjust the frequency during continuous use after confirmation.
